After Posting my last BLOG POST On henna for hair I got so many mails and requests to share My Ingredients and the process I do My henna hair coloring.
I really took a very long time to do this post, but Thank you all who have requested me so many time (Including the boys who have requested ) , You guys made me happy that you guys are Henna Fans too :)
INGREDIENTS :
100% Natural henna Powder as per you hair lenght and requirement
Egg White Only
Lime / Lemon Juice of Half lemon
Tea Water ( Tea leaves boiled in water and then used after it cools down)
Process of Henna Paste:
Mix everything into a thin paste mix till you feel each and every particle of henna powder has been soaked into TEA water and mixture then close the container tightly, keep it aside overnight.
Apply the Henna Next day on hair. If you do not have overnight time them let it soak atleat for 4-6 Hrs before application.
NOTE:
Soaking Henna in a IRON vessel or container is the best thing as I showed in my previous post it helps henna absorb Iron from the vessel and helps henna diffuse more henna color in turn giving more dark henna color !
I will be doing another post on henna as well ...... to be continued....... :)
I hope This was helpful to each and everyone who have requested me so many times to share my secret of henna hair :)

DeleteI believe mehndi for body art is the best thing to apply on hair just like you both for color and conditioning. It's perfect and pure and very easy to apply! In the winter is not good because it increases the cold in your body, but I apply it here in italy because we have a good heating system inside the house, otherwise I would not apply it either.
ReplyDeleteHi Holika thats great you have a heating system in winters because then its good in lil bit of heat henna departs a very good color also you can even apply in winters:) I have applied it i will do another informative post soon, good to know in Italy as well people use henna, I love henna a lot for its benefits.

DeleteHi, I read all your article. All were too good. I have a doubt and need your suggestion. My hairs near my ears turned grey these days. So I have started using henna. This henna fades away very fast within 10 days, especially near the ear and forehead. Is there anyway to make it stay longer. Kindly write to me.
ReplyDeleteHi, For covering greay hair for longer time and to prevent your grey hair from spreading it beat to use the iron vessel or container to mix henna and let it soak in it overnight...
DeleteHi, I have black hair withsome grey hair , will my hair stay dark if I only use henna .

I do not have iron container to soak henna .I am in USA and do not know which one to buy . My henna color fades away in 2 weeks times. I soak henna in plastic bowl. Is that the reason for fading away of color in 2 weeks ?
ReplyDeleteThis seems interesting. Your post is very good. Thanks for this.

I've been treating my hair with henna and am completely smitten by it ❤️❤️❤️ I'm someone who suffers from premature hair greying. But henna has put a stop to this. Ever since I've begun hennaing my hair weekly my greys are all a pretty shade of red wine. Banjara's happens to be my favourite brand of henna. It imparts a rich color to my hair. I make of paste of it by mixing it with just lemon juice and plain water. Lemon is said to bring out the red tones in your henna. Plus henna releases dye more efficiently in a slightly acidic medium. Also, hennaing hair regularly will thicken the hair shaft and in general add more body and weightage to your hair. Banjara's doesn't just get rid of greys but also enhances and beautifies the general tone of your hair. It imparts a lovely sheen to the hair and banishes that lifeless, dull look most/some of us unfortunately have.
